My career across telecommunications, hospitality, and higher education spans operations and project management, learning and development, and career services. Each chapter has strengthened my understanding of how experience and transferable skills create value in what comes next.

As a Certified Career Services Provider, I support college students, mid career professionals, career changers, and people returning to the workforce. Together, we clarify strengths, strengthen professional stories, and communicate value for résumés, interviews, career decisions, and salary conversations.

I also partner with higher education institutions, nonprofits, and workforce development agencies to create practical career readiness workshops and programs. With training in AI Driven Innovation and Management Strategies, I help individuals and organizations use AI purposefully while keeping human experience, judgment, and voice at the center.
